Jean Sullivan is Head of Research at Ezra Group. From 2002 until joining Ezra Group in 2019, Jean was the founder and principal at Dover Financial Research. Dover focused on research and consulting for financial services and published a series of quarterly research reports for the Money Management Institute, focusing on emerging trends in the managed account industry

Prior to Dover, Jean was a Managing Director at Cerulli Associates and responsible for the firm’s domestic consulting business. Jean co-authored research which focused on the intermediary distribution of investment products, including “The State of the Bank Brokerage Industry” and “The State of the Variable Annuity Marketplace.” Jean has an MBA in Finance from Babson College and a B.A. in English from Colby College.
