Overview
This is a custom-built "AI operating system" for business owners rather than a single packaged product. Using Claude Code as the underlying engine, it's set up with a context layer (business/client/team history), a data layer (connected APIs), an intelligence layer (monitoring meetings, messages, and other agent pipelines), and automation modules (daily briefs, SOP creators, outreach engines, content publishing, etc.). Instead of a fixed tool, it starts with an audit of daily operations to identify automatable tasks, then builds and teaches the owner to maintain custom tools tailored to their specific workflow — for example, a life-insurance illustration tool that models long-term-care scenarios against a client's portfolio, which has directly driven six-figure sales for one agency. It's aimed mainly at independent business owners/RIAs with fewer compliance restrictions, since larger, heavily regulated advisory firms often can't get tools like Claude approved for use.
