Fin Pods is a secure financial planning workspace that is explicitly not AI-driven yet, but is strictly architected for a "Bring Your Own Agent" (BYOA) workflow. It offers unlimited firm user accounts so AI agents can log in alongside human advisors under their own credentials, ensuring agent actions are tracked and logged just like a normal user.
The platform features frictionless, zero-login client portals that trigger instant, deterministic data extraction the moment a messy document is dropped. The workspace parses common financial PDFs—including paystubs, W-2s, Brokerage 1099s, and SSA statements—and automatically organizes files directly into the advisor's Google Drive or SharePoint. It flags high-value tax opportunities before key deadlines (such as state-deductible dividends in 1099s or missed HSA contributions) and converts raw documents into audit- and AI-ready workpapers.
Fin Pods also includes an interactive financial-plan-builder with a secure publish feature, letting advisors create and safely deliver client-facing visual reports using standardized HTML and included AI prompt templates. Because Fin Pods is structured as a Public Benefit Corporation committed to data portability, every client "Pod" outputs clean, structured data designed for easy integrations through its open pledge with whatever external AI browser agents or advice-tech tools an advisor chooses to employ.
