An intelligent oversight agent that automatically identifies portfolio drift by comparing client IPS guidelines against actual holdings.
The PitCrew IPS Drift Agent compares each client's signed Investment Policy Statement against their actual portfolio allocations from the firm's portfolio management system. It parses IPS documents (handling multiple formats), normalizes asset class mappings, aggregates to household level, and classifies drift into firm-defined severity bands. Output: per-advisor drift reports flagging exceptions by band, plus a firm-wide master report with data quality issues.
Changing an applications category can recalculate scores for all products of the “new category” and “old category” if the product becomes the highest number of integrations with key apps and non-key apps. Please proceed with caution in making changes to the application category. The updated calculations take effect after you submit changes of the form.
