RIA Onboarding is an AI onboarding agent from TIFIN that automates the transition of advisors and RIA firms during acquisitions or platform migrations. The agent initiates ACAT account transfers, validates onboarding data, identifies exceptions and failed transfers requiring attention, and orchestrates onboarding workflows across home office operations with minimal human intervention. By replacing weeks of manual processing with automated workflows and exception handling, it dramatically accelerates advisor onboarding, reduces operational bottlenecks, and enables RIA aggregators to integrate acquisitions at greater scale with smaller operations teams.
