Tracey Moyer - Managed Accounts Consultant

Tracey brings over 25 years of financial services expertise, with deep specialization in Managed Accounts and Advisory products. As a Senior Consultant with Ezra Group, she partners with financial institutions to develop and execute strategic product initiatives that drive business growth.

Tracey’s extensive background includes a distinguished 24-year career at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where she most recently served as Vice President & Principal of Product Strategy and Solutions within PershingX. Throughout her tenure, she progressed through key leadership roles spanning implementation, account management, new account operations, and managed account product delivery. Her comprehensive experience across the product lifecycle gives her unique insight into both strategic vision and operational execution.

A champion of professional development and diversity initiatives, Tracey graduated from the Women’s Unlimited LEAD program in 2009 and served as co-chair of the King of Prussia chapter of Pershing’s Women’s Initiative Network. She began her financial services career at Salomon Smith Barney before joining Pershing.

Tracey studied Political Science at West Chester University in Pennsylvania and maintains FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. She resides on a farmette in Oxford, Pennsylvania, with her husband, son, and three dogs.
