Keep your integration data accurate so your score reflects what you’ve built.
Your WealthTech Integration Score is calculated from the data Ezra Group has on file for your product(s). If that data is incomplete or out of date, your score won’t reflect your real capabilities.
The Product Portal lets you review your current data, add integrations we may have missed, and update integration levels as your connections deepen. All submissions are reviewed by Ezra Group before scores update.
Portal access is managed by Ezra Group. You can self-register.
After logging in, you’ll see a Product List showing each product from your company that’s registered with Ezra Group.
From the Application List, click an application name to open the View/Edit screen.
Each integration is scored from 1 to 5 based on how deeply the applications connect. Higher levels indicate more meaningful data exchange and functionality.
After signing into your application, users can access the integrated application with a single click. Login credentials are passed, but no data is shared between applications. This is the most common integration type because it's easy to implement.
Users can perform functions from one application while inside the other—typically viewing reports or embedded content via iframes. Data is displayed but not transferred between applications.
Data moves from one application to the other. Direction depends on which application is the logical source. For example, contact data typically flows out of CRMs into planning or marketing tools; risk scores flow out of risk tolerance tools into CRMs or planning systems.
Data moves both directions between applications. For example, client data entered in a CRM transfers to a planning tool, which can also send data back to the CRM. Almost always implemented via GET and POST API calls.
Data transfers both directions, and the receiving application does something beyond storing or displaying it—such as triggering a workflow or rendering data in a way unique to the integration. Achieving Level 5 typically requires development investment from both vendors in a partner relationship.

Changing an applications category can recalculate scores for all products of the “new category” and “old category” if the product becomes the highest number of integrations with key apps and non-key apps. Please proceed with caution in making changes to the application category. The updated calculations take effect after you submit changes of the form.
